Through the control of forging process, supplemented by hot isostatic pressing process when necessary, the molybdenum rod and other forged products produced by Zhengzhou Sanhui not only ensure high density, but also effectively control the trend of grain growth. High density fine grain tungsten molybdenum and alloy forged products have become a feature of our products, which makes the products have obvious advantages in later processing and effectively improves the service life of products.

Applications of Molybdenum Rods
Molybdenum rods and molybdenum alloy rods can be used for manufacturing electric vacuum parts, guide rods, electrodes, outgoing lines and high temperature parts, heating rod and heating element of furnace.
Classification of Molybdenum Rods
① Pure molybdenum rod: molybdenum content is more than 99.95%.
② High temperature molybdenum rod (molybdenum lanthanum alloy rod): it contains 0.4 ~ 1.2% lanthanum, and the molybdenum content is the surplus except impurities.
③ TZM molybdenum rod: 0.4 ~ 0.6ti, 0.07 ~ 0.12zr, 0.01 ~ 0.05c.
We can supply not only pure molybdenum rod, but also TZM alloy rod and tungsten molybdenum alloy rod. TZM alloy rod has higher hardness and better wear resistance than other molybdenum alloys.
