Introduction of Tungsten Heavy Alloy 

Tungsten based high specific gravity alloys are also known as high-density tungsten based metals or high specific gravity tungsten alloys which is an alloy material based on tungsten (tungsten content is generally 80% ~ 98%) and composed of a small amount of Ni, Fe, Cu, Co, Mo, Cr and other elements,

There are two kinds of tungsten heavy alloys: tungsten nickel iron alloy (weak magnetic) and tungsten nickel copper alloy (non-magnetic).

 

Properties of WNiFe Tungsten Heavy Alloy 

Tungsten nickel iron alloy is characterized by high sintering density, good strength and plasticity, and has certain ferromagnetism. WNiFe has good plasticity and machinability, good thermal conductivity and electric conductivity, and has excellent absorption capacity for y-ray or X-ray.

 

Applications of Tungsten Heavy Alloys
