Introduction of Tungsten Heavy Alloy WNiFe
Tungsten nickel iron alloy is an important tungsten based heavy alloy. They are alloys formed by adding nickel and iron to tungsten, as well as other metal elements on this basis. The nickel iron ratio is generally 7:3 or 1:1.

Properties of WNiFe Tungsten Heavy Alloy
Tungsten nickel iron alloy is characterized by high sintering density, good strength and plasticity, and ferromagnetism. WNiFe alloy has good plasticity and machinability, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, or X-ray has good absorption capacity to X-ray or γ-ray.
Applications of WNiFe Tungsten Heavy Alloy
Tungsten based heavy alloys are mainly used as gyroscope rotors, counterweights and shock absorbers in aerospace; Armor piercing cartridge cores of conventional weapons; Radiation shielding devices and components: die-casting die, contacts and electrodes of electrical equipment, etc.
The density of tungsten heavy alloy is very high. Its density is twice of steel. Tungsten heavy alloy has low thermal coefficient but it has high absorption ability and high-energy rays. The tungsten heavy alloy we make conforms to ASTM B777-99 standard.
It is massively applied to balancing weight mould and high temperature moulds. Also they can be made into protective shield and high-energy rays. The tungsten heavy alloy conforms to ASTM B 777-99 standard.
