Tungsten Copper Electrical Contacts

Tungsten Copper Electrical Contacts are the best material for electrical discharge machining (EDM). It has excellent wear resistance, good metal removal rate and the ability to retain good detail. It is used where speed and wear resistance are the most important. Tungsten copper material not only has good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient, but also can be designed by changing its tungsten copper content to design its thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient.

We specialize in the production of medium voltage contacts of any shape and size, as well as the assembly of finished products by induction welding and machining. Tungsten-copper contact is a tungsten-copper alloy composite material, which not only has copper's excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, while tungsten has high density, high strength, high melting point and low expansion coefficient, tungsten-copper has excellent heat resistance, Aberration resistance, high density, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Neither can form immiscible intermetallic compounds. Tungsten copper contacts are the best material for electrical discharge machining (EDM)

Tungsten copper alloy has wide applications.
