Zhengzhou Sanhui can produce welded and seamless tantalum pipes, which has a wide range of applications. Seamless pipe is manufactured by extrusion, pipe diameter reduction or deep drawing with plate. The manufacturing method of welding tantalum tube is to form plate and strip, then make pipe shape, and then weld the joint with gas tungsten arc (GTAW).
Applications of tantalum tube
The melting point of tantalum tube is 2996 ℃, and the density is 16.68 g/cm3. Tantalum tubes and tantalum tungsten alloy tubes are widely used because of their high melting point, corrosion resistance and good cold working performance.
Tantalum tubes and tantalum tungsten alloy tubes are widely used in chemical industry, high temperature technology and atomic energy industry. Tantalum tubes and tantalum tungsten alloy tubes are mainly used to manufacture reaction vessels for chemical processes and heat exchangers, pipes, condensers, bayonet heaters, spiral coils, U-tubes, thermocouples and their protective tubes, liquid metal containers and pipes, etc.
