Molybdenum and its alloys are processed by rolling, forging and drawing to reach or close to the theoretical density, and the strength, plasticity and toughness are further improved, and the processability is improved.
High temperature molybdenum (doped molybdenum), molybdenum alloy (TZM, Mo-Re) high temperature strength and recrystallization temperature are higher than pure molybdenum. So it is not easy to brittle after high temperature application, molybdenum alloy is more ideal high temperature material.
Fine grain molybdenum rods (axial grain size greater than 1000 grains/ mm2) have better comprehensive properties.
