Molybdenum Crucible Applications:

 

Since molybdenum has melting point up to 2610 ℃, so molybdenum crucible is usually applied as containers in quartz glass melting furnace, sapphire single crystal growth furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnace whose working temperature environment is generally above 2000 ℃. Molybdenum curcible is widely used as furnace crucible. Molybdenum crucibles with different sizes are used in rare earth industry, metallurgical industry, monocrystalline silicon, solar energy, artificial crystal and mechanical processing industries.

 

Because of high purity, high density, no internal cracks, the size of precision, inside and outside the wall smooth, and other characteristics of the molybdenum crucible on the sapphire crystal growth process of seed crystal success rate, pull crystal quality control, Desalination pot and service life. So Molybdenum crucible plays a very important role especially for the sapphire single crystal growth furnace.
