Tungsten rhenium alloy is composed of tungsten and rhenium, and the common rhenium content is 3%, 5%, 25% and 26%. W-Re alloy has good conductivity, ductility and processability, and its wire can be used for high temperature thermocouple wire and cathode wire.
Tungsten can be added 3%, 5%, 25% and 26% of rhenium to form tungsten rhenium alloy for high temperature thermocouple wire and the cathode wire. Adding 41%~47.5% of rhenium to molybdenum forms molybdenum rhenium alloy (nominal composition is 50% Mo +50% Re).It has good high-temperature ductility, used in the electronics industry, nuclear industry and aerospace industries.
Rhenium into tungsten or molybdenum respectively,W-Re alloy and Mo-Re alloy are formed.
